Listen live to Mavericks athletics via our webstreaming broadcasts.

Most Medaille home athletics competitions are webstreamed live by current Medaille students majoring in Sport Management or Communication. To listen to our live broadcasts:

1. Please select the sport (e.g., Men’s Soccer, Women’s Basketball, etc.) from the left side menu on this page.
2. Then select the schedule for the team (i.e., in the top menu of that team’s page are various links for the “coach,” “roster,” “schedule,” etc.)
3. Finally, on the schedule page, click on the DATE for the desired game. Upon clicking the date, that game’s page will open, with a broadcast window for listening to the game.
4. Click the “play” icon in the broadcast window on the game page.

Please note that the word “audio” on the main schedule page does not actually link to audio for that game, it only indicates whether or not the game will feature live webstreamed audio (”audio”), live statistical updates as the game progresses (”live stats”), or both.

In short, each game will be broadcast from its own page, i.e., a page created specifically for that game. This is accessed from that sport’s schedule page by clicking on the date of the competition to which one wants to listen.

About Our Broadcasts

Our broadcasts are a joint effort between our Sport Management and our Communications Departments, in conjunction with Athletics. Our broadcasters are students, majoring in sport management or communications, who have an interest in sport journalism. As such, our broadcasters are not hired professionals, but unpaid students learning through actual hands-on practice. Such hands-on learning is a primary emphasis at Medaille College.
